INCREASE YOUR FLEET AND EXPAND YOUR COVERAGE

LEASING CONTRACT

If you are a holder of an AOC and you are looking to expand your operations, whether for passenger and/or cargo flights, a leasing contract will allow you to get results quickly through the lease of one or more airplanes.

This contract has different modalities such as ACMI, Wet Lease, Damp Lease, and Dry Lease, each of them can be adapted to the type of operations that the operator is willing to perform.

For any of the first three contract types, the lessee must assure the lessor a minimum number of hours to be flown monthly, either for a short, medium or long period. By determining additional points for the operation, it will be determined which type of lease will be optimal for both parties.

NEW PROJECTS OR LACK OF EQUIPMENT

For many years, this type of contract between air operators has allowed them to satisfy multiple purposes, either to cover new routes or due to lack of equipment due to unscheduled aircraft maintenance.

These leases are also planned by some operators to anticipate peak seasons in which they need to have sales available to cover the demand, thus allowing them to obtain very favorable results.

ADVANTAGES OF LEASING

According to the operator's need, some leases offer flexibility for the beginning of the operations, in this way, the lessee will not have to worry about aircraft acquisition and crew training.
